  • Senior Accountability Analyst

    The Senior Accountability Analyst will focus on the impact of marketing campaigns in driving greater awareness, purchase consideration, and revenue.

    Specific responsibilities include:
    • Lead marketing accountability execution from measurement strategy through optimization.
    • Work with internal departments and client web teams to determine accountability strategies, tracking flows, KPIs, and reporting deliverables
    • Manage the implementation of multiple tracking tools (3rd party ad servers, site analytics, social media, publisher, and competitive analytics tools) and a centralized database to meet requirements for tracking, data aggregation and data management.
    • Analyze paid and social marketing campaign performance, resulting web traffic and business outcomes using 3rd party ad serving tools such as Mediaplex, DART, and Atlas, social tools such as Radian6, SocialRadar and Sysomos as well as click stream tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, and Webtrends.
    • Create holistic dashboards by pulling data from different data sources and websites for presentations to senior management team using advanced Excel techniques, as well as custom database reporting tools.
    • Develop insights from the data to suggest, create and execute testing and optimizations that drive fundamental improvements to ad campaigns and site experiences.
    • Collaborate with external partners where needed to assist with data collection and reporting.
    • Exhibit a high level of expertise in extending the analytic strategy across multiple "listening posts" (websites, surveys, testing, CRM systems, market research etc).
    • Stay abreast of best practices, industry evolutions, and new vendors within the integrated marketing campaign analytics space.

    Typical tasks and deliverables:
    • Weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly integrated campaign reports (Excel, PPT, clickstream analytics).
    • Senior management dashboards.
    • Website behavior and customer experience analysis.
    • Data consolidation and validation.
    • Coordinating tags, tracking parameter implementations.
    • Creation and completion of Multivariate and A/B testing documents (from hypothesis creation to influencing creatives to identifying success metrics) and post test analysis.
    • Documentation relating to existing processes and suggestion / presentations for improving those processes.
    • Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) for project teams and business leaders.

    Knowledge / Background / Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
    • At least three to four years of experience with 3rd party adserving tools such as Mediaplex, DART, or Atlas.
    • At least three to four years of working with standard clickstream analysis tools: Omniture, ClickTracks, WebTrends, HBX, CoreMetrics etc.
    • Experience with social media measurement tools.
    • Experience with database development and database reporting tools, such as Access, Filemaker, SQL, Crystal Reports, Cognos, etc.
    • Two years of experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing, competitive analysis, surveys and market research.
    • Three to five years of experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with very strong Excel skills, including heavy macros and VBA development.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.
    • Exposure to project management skills, business process redesign principles, tools and techniques considered a plus.

    • Exhibits high degree of proactivity in analyzing customer behavior using available data to influence changes in the campaign.
    • Understands the complex web ecosystems and best practices and applies this knowledge to their work.
    • Collaborates on creation of project plan and tasks for the team.

  • Studio/Production Artists

    5+ years experience required in either Pre-press or prior agency setting. Proficiency in the following applications: QuarkXpress, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, as well as hand-comping skills. Interactive production experience/proficiency (Flash, HTML, and CSS) a plus.
