Demand Generation Campaign Manager

PJA advertising and marketing a rapidly growing integrated communications agency, a 2021 Chief Marketing Officer ‘CM200 Top Brand Activation + Engagement Agency’ and a Medical, Marketing + Media 2021 Agency 100 'Agency to Watch' is seeking a Demand Generation Campaign Manager to help manage our growing list of health science, technology, and financial clients in our Cambridge office.

Support agency/client teams with operational planning and day to day management for demand campaigns for B2B life sciences/pharma, technology, and insurance clients and grow your strategic skills at the same time. Integrate with agency strategy, account, creative, media and analytic teams, as well as our clients’ internal campaign teams and platforms. 4+ years marketing experience, with 2+ years of experience planning and executing B2B demand campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with agency teams and clients to conduct discovery and define campaign objectives and opportunities within broader marketing objectives
  • Build productive working relationships with client-side demand team specialists as needed, including website, martech, content, analytics, sales enablement, etc.
  • Collaborate with strategy team on plans for demand gen and account-targeted/ABM campaigns, including objectives, content strategy, contact plans, and measuring outcomes
  • Collaborate with agency media team to integrate account-based media into campaigns
  • Collaborate with client’s marketing and sales teams on campaign planning and execution
  • Define tactical requirements for campaign execution
  • Collaborate with analytics team on plan and specifications for measuring campaign activity and outcomes, and developing the measurement story

You have experience

  • Structuring multi-step demand marketing campaigns, including creative, content, personalization, multi-touch engagement and nurture strategies
  • Defining requirements for campaigns, including best practices for individual campaign elements: advertising, search, email, landing pages, etc.
  • Working familiarity with our client’s demand marketing technologies: Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Salesforce
  • Delivering demand campaign measurement reports
  • Participating in presentations
  • Nice to have: Experience keeping track of ad materials for media elements

You should have experience at

  • At an agency that develops and manages modern integrated B2B demand campaigns
  • Or in an in-house demand generation role at a B2B company

Salary Commensurate with Experience
