Mid-level Art Director/Digital Designer

Do you thrive in conceptualizing big ideas, small ideas and just downright cool ones? Can you adapt to new technologies and formats and blow people’s minds with your design? PJA advertising and marketing is looking for an Art Director/Digital Designer who wants to work on a variety of brands across all mediums—site, content, wildly addictive interactive executions and traditional. If you are inventive, curious, and able to take complex layers of information and tell a simple visual story with it, we want to meet you.

The must have’s:

  • 5-7 years art direction/digital design in an agency environment 
  • Strong conceptual chops 
  • Keen sense of user experience 
  • Responsive design in the blood 
  • Work incredibly well with teams and handle pressure with a sense of humor 
  • Represent yourself and your ideas really well internally and with clients 
  • A brain that has perfected every technology platform you need to perfect your craft 
  • Relentless work ethic that scares people 
  • Broadcast experience is a plus, plus
