Office Manager (part-time)

PJA Marketing + Advertising, a rapidly growing btob and btoc integrated communications agency, a Chief Marketing Officer ‘CM200 Top Brand Activation + Engagement Agency’ and Medical, Marketing and Media 100 - 'Agency to Watch' is seeking a part-time Office Manager (3 days/wk) to help with our daily administrative matters along with helping keep our office organized.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct agency guests as well as answering and directing all phone calls
  • Handle all facilities-related tasks, including building and parking maintenance, office esthetics
  • Order all office supplies and equipment
  • Set up office space for new employees as needed
  • Distribute mail, send and receive Fed EX and UPS packages
  • Keep office organized and clean
  • Provide catering support for internal and external events
  • Handle administrative requests (i.e. mailings, couriers) and errand requests (keys made, lunch pickup, etc.)
  • Provide support to executive team relative to scheduling, travel, hospitality and administrative support
  • Plan special office events such as holiday party and company retreat

Qualifications

  • College Degree
  • Proficiency Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Positive attitude and crazy dependable
  • Solid communication skills, both written and oral
  • Look for ways to contribute and add unique value to the agency
  • Have solid work ethic
  • Be a team player that can effectively collaborate with anyone

Salary commensurate with experience.
