All pima cotton is not created equal. Where it’s from matters. But surprisingly, many cottons that claim to be pure, simply aren’t. Shipped offshore to be spun into thread, they often come back “cut” — combined with other non-pima cotton species, compromising the cotton’s purity.
PJA helped brand and launch PimaCott, a luxury cotton brand created to do what no other brand can — scientifically verify the purity of its cotton across the entire supply chain utilizing a unique DNA tracking system. Introducing PimaCott as The New Standard in Pima Purity, PJA brought the brand to life with an integrated media strategy that included multiple print, social, web video, experiential, and digital expressions. These efforts laid the foundation for PJA’s subsequent work with Bed, Bath & Beyond’s Wamsutta sheet line, developing its packaging, in-store signage, social posts, and digital engagement strategies.
